Small-Batch Packing
Every order is hand-packed in small batches from our workshop in County Down. We don't rush — each parcel is checked, wrapped, and sealed by hand to make sure your products arrive exactly as they should.
Plastic-Free & Recyclable
We use recyclable cardboard boxes, paper tape, and natural packing filler. No plastic bubble wrap, no excess packaging — just simple, honest materials that are kind to your doorstep and the planet.
Reuse & Refill
Our foaming wash and shampoo refills are designed to top up your existing bottles. Less waste, more care — it's the Made by Dermot way.

No Import Duty or Extra Taxes
Because we're based in Northern Ireland — which remains part of the EU single market — customers in the Republic of Ireland and across the UK will not pay any import duty or extra customs charges on their orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
